EXERCISES
Using muscles to move lymph fluid. Since there is no pumping system for lymph fluid it is dependent on muscles action to move fluid. Stretching is important to reduce complications from radiation.
GLYMPHATICS
More and more research is being done on the lymphatics in the brain and recent studies show most neurologic conditions can be attributed to stagnant lymph fluid in the brain. There are techniques to clear fluid from the brain.
